Purpose of this website
IMSP.pro provides information about the International Meat Sensory Program, its training hubs, curriculum, the International Meat Sensory Professional qualification and related education and network offers.
Contact and forms
For program registrations, we process your information to carry out and document your business booking and fulfil the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Contact-person data is processed to administer the business contract based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Withdrawal declarations are processed to identify the contract, handle the withdrawal and send an acknowledgement. Health information should not be entered in public forms; relevant information can be shared confidentially with course management.
Server and hosting data
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Visits generate technical connection data, particularly IP address, time, requested address and browser information. This supports delivery, security and error analysis based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Processing registrations
Registrations and withdrawal declarations are transmitted to Airtable through a protected server-side connection, processed there and used for email confirmations. The legal bases are contract administration, statutory documentation duties and our legitimate interest in traceable processing (Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR). Data is retained only as long as required for these purposes and statutory retention periods. Access is limited to the persons responsible for processing and engaged service providers.
Google Analytics
With your voluntary consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to analyse website usage. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data includes page views, technical browser and device information and usage data with pseudonymous identifiers. Processing and access to your device are based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 165(3) TKG 2021). Without consent, the Google tag is not loaded and no analytics data is sent to Google.
We do not use Google signals, personalised advertising or automatic tracking of form interactions. Registration and withdrawal data is not sent to Google Analytics. Google Analytics does not store individual IP addresses. Event-level user data is retained in this property for two months. Aggregated reports may remain available longer.
Data may also be processed by Google LLC in the USA. Google bases these transfers on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses. Further information is available in Google's privacy notice.
You can withdraw consent at any time through with effect for the future. Processing before withdrawal remains lawful.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Complaints may be submitted to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
