Training Hubs

One curriculum. Different places. The same standard.

Each location contributes practice and its regional meat culture. Learning objectives, scale logic, blind tasting, reference ranges and final assessment remain identical.

International practical partners

The optional country modules complement training at the hubs: at Laia Erretegia in Spain, at Elena in Argentina and at the Federal Meat Academy (FMA) in Japan.

The shared standard

Hubs do not create their own programs.

Different locations enrich learning while preserving the same expectations.

01One curriculum

The same core areas, learning goals and progression at every training hub.

02One scale system

100-point assessment, descriptors and intensity scales are interpreted consistently.

03Defined references

Where identical products are unavailable, equivalent sample classes and sensory reference ranges are defined.

04Blind and duplicate samples

Calibration and reproducibility are trained everywhere using the same methodological principles.

05Calibrated trainers

Instructors contribute local experience while working within the same professional methodology.

06One completion requirement

The IMSP examination follows the same criteria and comparable assessment standards.

What a hub must provide

A training venue is more than a seminar room.

IMSP requires conditions in which meat can be examined, prepared consistently, served blind and evaluated together.

Practice with the product

Suitable refrigeration, preparation and cooking facilities for defined comparison samples and live tastings.

Digital learning environment

Sensory-ID Training Devices, reliable connectivity and Instructor Mode connect teaching, assessment and documentation.

Shared culture

A place where observation, discussion, mistakes, repetition and calibration are part of learning.
