Supporting talent.
Opening opportunities.
Starting in 2027, M.E.A.T. GmbH funds one IMSP core-program place each year at every training hub where the program takes place. For people who want to develop their skills and assess meat quality professionally.
scholarship place per active training hub per year
Regular value: €3,600 net
Professional growth needs opportunities.
The scholarship gives committed professionals access to the full IMSP core program. Selection considers motivation, potential for development and a clearly explained need for funding. M.E.A.T. finances the scholarship itself.
What the scholarship covers
The full core-program fee is covered, including any applicable VAT. No core-program fee is charged for the scholarship place.
- 24 modules with 216 program hours and the regular in-person training
- Sensory-ID access and a training device on loan for the duration of the course
- IMSP start kit and the regular assessments and qualification services
- Certificate and graduate insignia after successful completion
Travel, accommodation, meals not expressly included and optional international study visits to Spain, Japan and Argentina are not covered by the scholarship. Funding is tied to the course place and is not paid out in cash.
Who the scholarship is for
Professionals working in the meat trade, hospitality, retail and related fields who want to develop their sensory skills may apply. Professional experience, commitment and practical use in everyday work matter.
Scholarship participation is also agreed through your employer or your own business. Private consumer bookings are not available. Please agree your participation and in-person attendance dates with your business in advance.
Same course. Same standard.
Scholarship recipients take part in the regular program. At least 70% attendance during the in-person phase and at least 70% of available points in each assessment component are required. The qualification is awarded only when the regular requirements are met.
Failing an assessment alone does not trigger repayment of the funding. Please notify us early if you cannot take up your place or continue the course.
Scholarship places for 2027
For the first cohort, one scholarship place is planned in Germany and one in Austria. Awards are conditional on the respective course taking place at the chosen hub.

Explore the training hubsHow to apply
Email your application to contact@imsp.pro with the subject “IMSP Förderstipendium 2027”. Please include:
- A short CV outlining your professional background
- A motivation letter of no more than one page: why IMSP, how will you use what you learn and why do you need funding?
- Your preferred training hub, your employer or your own business, and contact details
A brief, clear explanation of your funding need is sufficient. Please do not send bank statements, health information or other particularly sensitive documents.
How we select recipients
Ronny Paulusch and another professional from the program or training hub review applications based on motivation, development potential, practical use at work and funding need. Selection is based on application content, not order of receipt.
Applying is free and does not register you for the course. An application alone does not establish entitlement to funding. After selection, we separately confirm the scholarship and participation in writing with the business contracting party. Please do not use the paid registration form to apply for the scholarship.
The participation terms apply to services, delivery and qualification requirements. The regular core-program fee and cancellation charges for paid bookings are not charged for the fully funded place; participation is governed by the separate scholarship agreement.
